 A security breach occurred, Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar was assaulted by a local youth in Bakhtiyarpur close to Patna. According to police, the suspect was found to have hit on the shoulder of the CM as he offered flowers for the monument of the freedom fighter. The youth was detained. The footage show the suspect jogging toward the stage where Nitish Kumar had been. He grabbed his right arm of CM from behind and slapped his shoulder, before being immediately removed by security officials.   Two weeks after the body of cameraman Manas Swain's remains were discovered in the state of Odisha's Nayagarh district, police arrested retired bureaucrat, Niranjan Sethi, for allegedly having been involved in the kidnapping as well as the murder of the photographer.
